How does the system work for you?

Initial contact is normally via our showroom where the choice of timber species is made.

In some cases people ask for seperate quotes on 2 or more species. It is also common to quote on several different areas within the home.

Quantities are taken via a floor plan or on site measure. All are free and with no obligation to the client.

Should a quote from a plan be accepted, an on site measure is then carried out by a Coleman appointed contractor. This is essential and mandatory as plans do not show such things as tile heights where the timber flooring joins them. There may also be other extra costs the the installer will make you aware of. Also discussion on the direction of the floor should take place at this time.

Once these things are settled a commencement date can be allocated.

How is payment made ?

Should you agree to have Coleman's carry out the job, the following payment terms will apply:

  1. Timber and delivery payable to Coleman's including underlay in the case of floating flooring.
  2. We will order the timber on confirmation from you and on arrival in our warehouse will invoice you for the above.
  3. Storage until commencement is free of charge.
  4. Installation, sanding and finishing is payable direct to the contractor on terms agreed between you at time of site measure.

You will then have the satisfaction of living on a Coleman Timber Floor.
